Bigger Better Bottle Bill
ZWCD is currently seeking support for the "Bigger Better Bottle Bill." This bill would modernize New York’s Returnable Container Act (“Bottle Bill”) to increase redemption rates, reduce litter, reduce solid wastes, and protect jobs & businesses.
